4. Arkansas: Scottie Pippen (Hamburg)
Hailing from the small town of Hamburg, Pippen started his collegiate career as a 6-foot-1 walk-on equipment manager at the University of Central Arkansas. After a massive growth spurt and relentless gym work, he morphed into a 6-foot-8 two-way terror. He became Michael Jordan’s indispensable right-hand man, a six-time NBA champion, a member of the 1992 Dream Team, and one of the greatest perimeter defenders in basketball history.
