7. Connecticut: Steve Young (Greenwich)
Born in Greenwich, Connecticut, this great-great-great-grandson of Brigham Young eventually starred at BYU before embarking on a wild professional journey. After a stint in the USFL and a rough patch with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Young was traded to the 49ers. Taking over for Joe Montana, he became a trailblazing dual-threat quarterback, winning three Super Bowls, two league MVPs, and cementing his place in the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
