38. Pennsylvania: Wilt Chamberlain (Philadelphia)

A track and field star and basketball phenom at Overbrook High School in Philly, Chamberlain was a physical anomaly. Standing 7-foot-1 with world-class leaping ability, he treated the NBA like his own personal video game in the early 1960s. He famously scored an impossible 100 points in a single game and averaged an astronomical 50.4 points and 25.7 rebounds per game during the 1961-1962 season—records that will almost certainly never be broken.
